Noted for its impressive granite façade, The Three Crowns, Chagford dates back to the 13th century and was a manor house before becoming an inn. Following a magical renovation this beautiful thatched coaching Inn on the edge of Dartmoor is warmly elegant with stone walls, Inglenook fireplaces and beamed ceilings.
Each of the 21 en-suite boutique hotel bedrooms have been refurbished to a high standard, blending character with contemporary design.
Bedrooms comprise contemporary en-suite, divinely comfortable Vi-Spring bed, flat-screen TV and Internet connectivity. In addition Superior rooms and the Godolphin Suite have bottled water, bath robes and i-pod docking stations.
Parking spaces are very limited and are allocated to Superior rooms and the Godolphin Suite.
We have recently been inspected by Quality in Tourism for VisitEngland and have been rated as a Five Star Inn! Well done to all the team.
